About Yeah She Codes

Yeah She Codes is a personal online coding journal

My name is Cari Liebenberg, I’m currently working in a devops team learning the devops way.

I continuously look for better ways to code and look forward to sharing thoughts and ideas.

I have been dabbling with website development since I was 12 years old, and actively working as a website and application developer for the past 10+ years.

Development is my passion, and finding better ways to develop is a big part of my daily routine. I enjoy working with other developers and discussing development terminology. (Go team.)

I also partake in the insane and addictive sport of roller derby. I have been skating for the past 6 years. I am part of the Johannesburg based roller derby team Golden City Rollers.

When I am not behind a keyboard I am usually on skates or helping out on track.

Quotes

These quotes have helped guide me while I develop:

If it is hard to code, it will be hard to use.

We [developers] can do anything, but we can’t do everything.

Amateurs practice till they make the shot. Pros practice until they can’t miss.

Highly recommended.
